Reporting to the Vice President of our Technical Services Delivery (Professional Services) Department, this position is responsible for providing effective and efficient Help Desk Support and remote implementations to SCE external and internal customers and Technology Partners with a high level of technical knowledge and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a BS in Computer Science or equivalent (advanced degree a plus) with 1+ years' work experience. CISSP Certification preferred.
